Is this a Rental?

Do I own my system at the end of my agreement?

Yes! Local Security sells unlocked hardware, if you choose to take you system offline or to another provider, we wont stand in your way.

Do you have a free trial?

We do not offer free trials, however all of our systems and services come with a money back satisfaction guarantee. If your not 100% happy with your system or service, contact us, and one of our specialists will make it right!

Local Simple contracts are month to month or annual. Local Standard has terms that range from 1 to 5 years. Local Enterprise has 36 and 60 month term options.

What types of payment do you accept?

We support Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and ACH/EFT billing.

Enterprise services must be billed via ACH/EFT.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancelling your subscription requires 30 days written notice, and service can only be cancelled by the primary Authorized User on an account. These steps are to ensure your security service cant be cancelled by anyone except you!
